Option 1: SUKIYAKI

Sukiyaki is a traditional Japanese hot pot, and Kyoto’s version is known for highlighting the pure flavor of beef. Thinly sliced Wagyu is first seared with coarse sugar, then simmered in a sweet soy-based broth and enjoyed with raw egg. It is a refined local style rooted in the birthplace of sukiyaki.
Option 2: YAKINIKU

Yakiniku is a popular style of Japanese BBQ where diners grill bite-sized pieces of premium beef at their table. It is a fun and interactive way to enjoy different cuts of Wagyu, often dipped in savory sauces. Local yakiniku restaurants offer a wide range of textures and flavors depending on the cut.
